Light shapes places and people. We treat that responsibility as core to our craft — from specification through commissioning, and across the life of a building.
We specify efficient, long-life luminaires, minimise installed load, and design controls that respond to daylight and occupancy. Where possible we favour manufacturers with transparent supply chains, repairable products and take-back programmes.
Circadian-aware colour temperatures, controlled glare and visual comfort are integral to every scheme. In workplaces, hospitality and cultural venues, we design for the people who will spend hours under the light — not only for the photograph.
External lighting is designed to protect the night sky and local ecology: warm colour temperatures near habitats, tight beam control, time-based dimming, and no over-lighting of façades or landscape.
Lichtvision is independent of manufacturers. We do not accept commissions or hidden margins on specified products; recommendations are led by design intent and long-term value for our clients.
