The Gateway District Offices at Aerocity, Delhi redefine premium workplace design in India. Centred around a lush biophilic courtyard, the project blends flexibility, sustainability and wellness within India's first Transit-Oriented Development. With active frontages, shared amenities and adaptable floorplates, it caters to a range of users, from start-ups to global headquarters.

Lighting is seamlessly integrated into the architecture, subtly highlighting façade elements while respecting the nearby airfield. The illuminated atrium acts as a visual anchor. Interior lighting meets top-tier office standards, supporting flexible, multi-use spaces with comfort and efficiency.
